Viscosity 70000 Cellulose HPMC for cement tile adhesives

Construction Grade Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose:

Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) Construction Grade are water soluble, nonionic cellulose ethers, which are offered as free flowing powder or in granular form. HPMC can be seen as a generic term for mixed etherification cellulose ethers. Common to these cellulose ethers is the methoxylation. Additionally, the reaction can be achieved with propylen oxide. HPMC are widely used in wall putty, Skim coat,joint filler, self-levelling ,Tile adhesives, dry mixed mortar, cement and gypsum based plaster etc.We can provide both non-modified grade and modified grade HPMC, which has long open time, good water retention, excellent workability and Good slipping resistance etc.

Typical Applications:
Cement Plaster / Dry mix mortar
•Increased water demand: increased open time, expanded spry area and more economical formulation.
•Easier spreading and improved sagging resistance due to improved consistency.
•Easy dry mix formula due to cold water solubility: lump formation can be easily avoided, ideal for heavy tiles.
•Good water retention: prevention of fluid loss to the substrates, the appropriate water content is kept in mixture which guarantees longer concreting time.
Tile Adhesives
•Improved adhesion and sliding resistance: especially for heavy tiles.
•Better workability: lubricity and plasticity of plaster is ensured, mortar can be applied easier and quicker.
•Good water retention: prolonged opening time will make tiling more efficient.
Exterior Insulation and Finish System ( EIFS )
•Reduced air entrancement and water uptake.
•Improved adhesion.
•Good wetting ability for EPS board and substrate.
Wall putty/Skim coat
•Increased mortar yield: depending on the weight of the dry mixture and appropriate formulation ,HPMC can increase the mortar volume.
•Water retention: maximized water content in slurry.
•Anti-sagging: when spreading a thicker coat corrugation can be avoided.

Self-leveling
•No effect on slurry fluidity with low viscosity

Detergent Grade Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC): 
Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) Detergent Grade is white powder with good water solubility. It has thickening, adhesion ,dispersing, emulsifying, film, suspended, adsorption, gel, and protective colloid properties of surface activity and maintain moisture function properties etc.Detergent grade HPMC is surface treated through unique production process ,it can provide high viscosity with fast disperse and delayed solution. Detergent grade HPMC can be dissolved in cold water quickly and increase excellent thickening effect. Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose HPMC is used for detergent liquid ,hand sanitizer, Alcohol gel ,shampoo, washing liquid ,cleaning chemicals as thickener and dispersing agent.
