High-Strength Non-Shrink Grouting Material
This product is a dry-mix material industrially and precisely formulated with high-strength cement as the binder, matched with well-graded selected aggregates, multiple high-performance admixtures and mineral additives. It features self-leveling performance, high compressive strength, slight expansion, zero shrinkage, corrosion resistance and easy construction. Simply mix with water at the specified ratio before use. It is widely applied for secondary grouting of equipment foundations, anchor bolts, steel column bases, as well as reinforcement and repair of concrete structures.
Application Scope
- Equipment Foundation Grouting: Fixation and secondary grouting for large mechanical & electrical equipment, power machinery, compressors, pump units, etc.
- Anchor Bolt Anchoring: Embedding and anchoring of anchor bolts for steel structure workshops, bridges, power stations and other facilities.
- Steel Column Base Grouting: Pressure grouting beneath base plates of steel buildings, towers and frameworks.
- Concrete Structure Reinforcement & Repair: Remediation and reinforcement for honeycombing, voids and cracks in concrete beams, slabs, columns and foundations.
- Rapid Repair of Roads & Bridges: Suitable for pavement and bridge deck repair projects requiring quick traffic reopening.
